What ways can I place an order? To help expedite processing, all orders must be placed online via our website.

Do you offer gift wrapping services? Yes. At checkout, click the Gift Wrapping checkbox in your cart and add an optional gift message. The service fee will be added to your cart. The items in your cart will be placed in an elegant solid white gift box with lid, gold ribbon, white gift tissue paper and gold label. Optional gift message will be printed on a card and included with gift. Due to gift box size limitations, some products may not qualify for gift wrapping or will require alternative gift wrapping options. Which carriers do you use to ship? We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

How soon will my order ship? Our items are made-to-order. Most custom items will ship in about 5 to 7 business days. Some items such as special order items will take longer. You will be contacted should additional time be required.

What is your cancellation policy? If an order can be stopped before it is processed, there will be no cancellation fee. If the order has been processed, the return policy will take effect.
